Long Life Noodle are always a treat in Chinese cuisine. Blessed for their flavor and texture, they come along family gathering marking important steps of life. 

The original recipe is told in a legend going back 4,700 years ago when these noodles were presented to the imperial court of Yellow Emperor (黃帝). The Han Dynasty later worships this mythologic ruler. Our Ding Han Shi noodles are made according this traditional recipe, allowing fermentation and long rest time to develop delicate aroma and unique chewy texture.
